Ricky and Lucy's Country Greenhouse Grilled Lamb Chops
This is a very simple recipe, but VERY tasty!!! You won't need anything else to give your lamb chops the perfect flavor. Teri prepares this recipe on the grill in the summer and under the broiler in the winter. In the summer she walks out to the garden to pick the side dishes. When the ground is covered with snow she finds that a baked winter squash harvested earlier makes the perfect accompaniment.
4-6 lamb chops
Provencial Herb Blend ($7.50 on ShopGrowNebraska.org)
Fresh Ground Pepper
Instructions: Place lamb chops on the grill sprinkle generously with Provencial Blend and lightly with salt and pepper. Grill for approximately 6-7 minutes oneach side. Remove from grill and serve with your favorite summer vegetables and rice.
