If your business wishes to supply 65 stores or less, you must present your "for resale" merchandise at store level to only the store manager. If they are interested in carrying your product they will need to submit the Item Submission Form to their Market Manager for field level approvals. If approved at field level, the item submission form will then be sent to home office and you will be receiving additional information from the Supplier Development department.
There are certain products that cannot be processed through Local Purchases. Please review the list of products below and if your product falls in these categories you will need to contact the number listed as we will not be able to process your submission.

The home office buyer makes all final decisions and will review your paperwork. If approved, you will receive the vendor agreement. If rejected, you will receive a letter stating the reason for rejection. All of your communications will be routed via Supplier Development.
This process is required in order to receive a supplier number. No purchase orders or merchandise may be placed in the store until an approved vendor number is obtained by the supplier from the Home Office.
